Description of Functional Category 2

Administrative and Operations Services. The Contractor shall provide day-to-day office administrative support services, such as financial planning; billing and recordkeeping; and personnel.
Additionally, the contractor shall provide a range of business operations support services to include letter drafting; document editing or proofreading; typing, word processing or desktop publishing; and other secretarial services, answering telephone calls and relaying messages to clients, postal and mailing services and one or more other office support services, such as facsimile services, and word processing services.
Court Reporting and Stenotype Services. The Contractor shall also provide verbatim reporting and stenotype recording of live legal proceedings, and transcribe subsequent recorded materials and any other business support services, for example, address bar coding services, bar code imprinting services, and mail presorting services.

Anthony & Associates, Inc. (AAI) is a small business providing a wide range of court reporting services nationwide. AAI specializes in all types of government proceedings. AAI also provides nationwide staff augmentation services to various government agencies. AAI specializes in general administrative, technical, IT and medical support personnel.

Associated Veterans provides an array of support to Federal customers to include; Program and Project Management; Requirements Development & Management; Agile Software Development (Software as a Service (Saas), Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Customization, Testing & User Training); Studies and Analyses; Work Measurement Studies (Cost Benefit Analysis & Analysis of Alternatives, Feasibility Studies); Policy Development & Analysis; Performance Data Research & Analysis; Legislative and Policy Research & Analysis; Records Management; Strategic Planning and Business Transformation; and Lean Six Sigma (LSS).
