DHS PACTS II Functional Category 2

TechOp Solutions International, Inc (TechOp). is a prime contractor for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical), and Technical Services program (PACTS II) Functional Category 2. PACTS II is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside consisting of two (2) FCs of services; FC1 [Program Management and Technical Services] and FC2 [Administrative services and Operations]. TechOp was awarded a prime contract for one of the two PACTS Functional Categories – FC2 [Administrative services and Operations].

VA VECTOR Service Group 1 & 2

Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) is a Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) department-wide IDIQ contract to support program offices in order to accomplish VA’s mission and strategic goals, priorities, and initiatives. Much of the VECTOR support work is best performed through the use of expert contractor support, with critical market-based skills that augment the internal activities of VA program offices. The six VECTOR Service Groups (SGs) are 1. Management and Improvement, 2. Analysis, 3. Training, 4. Outreach, 5. Supply Chain, and 6. Human Resources and Staffing.

The MAS Program supports GSA’s Federal Marketplace (FMP) strategy of modernizing and simplifying the buying and selling experience for all stakeholders. Under the MAS Program, GSA issues long-term governmentwide contracts that provide federal, state, and local government buyers access to commercial products, services, and solutions at pre-negotiated pricing.

  • Information Technology: IT Solutions Automated Contact Center Solutions (ACCS) (SIN 561422)
    ACCS is defined as any combination of products, equipment, software and/or services that are required to establish and maintain contact center capabilities managed by the contractor for an agency. These include a wide range of automated and attended managed solutions that allow agencies to respond to inquiries from the public. Permissible offerings under this SIN may include any technologies or services required to deliver and support ACCS to agencies, including but not limited to: • Technology: Automated services to include but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chat Bots, Robotic Process Automation, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Voice/Speech Recognition, Text-to-Speech, Voicemail, Callback, Web Callback, Email Delivery, Hosted Online Ordering, Hosted Email Web Form, Hosted FAQ Service, etc.
  • Professional Services: Business Administrative Services Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services (SIN 541611)
    Provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues. Examples include: strategic and organizational planning, business process improvement, acquisition and grants management support, facilitation, surveys, assessment and improvement of financial management systems, financial reporting and analysis, due diligence in validating an agency’s portfolio of assets and related support services, strategic financial planning, financial policy formulation and development, special cost studies, actuarial services, economic and regulatory analysis, benchmarking and program metrics, and business program and project management.
  • Information Technology: IT Services IT Professional Services (SIN 54151S)
    IT Professional Services and/or labor categories for database planning and design; systems analysis, integration, and design; programming, conversion, and implementation support; network services, data/records management, and testing.

SeaPort is the electronic procurement tool by which all Navy and Marine Corps contracting offices can obtain services through competitive and efficient means. Task Order requirements are developed, solicited, awarded, and administered all within the SeaPort Portal.

SeaPort NxG:

SeaPort NxG is both the electronic module within the SeaPort Portal as well as the set of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) that is available for use in conducting competitive procurements among its vendor participants.
